Yoga Stars Club
This class draws on yoga poses and incorporates relaxation and breathing techniques as well as mindfulness and story massage. It's wrapped up in fun games and activities and aimed at children from 4 to 11. It helps your child learn valuable skills, building confidence and teaches them techniques to reduce anxiety and stress.
Relax Kids classes follow a unique 7 step approach to relaxation: move, play, stretch, feel (self or peer massage), breathe, believe and relax and introduces children to mindfulness and relaxation techniques in a fun way.
Our Magical Adventures classes are suitable for primary aged children and each 6 week block follows a different imaginative theme.
For younger children (2-4 yrs) there are Little Stars sessions and Chill Skills for older children and teenagers (Yr 5 upwards)
Relax Kids classes are supported by a range of high quality mindfulness and relaxation books and CDs available to purchase.
